I have forgotten my password.

That is no problem, just go to “my account” at the top right hand section of the screen that will take you to the login area. Below the login box there is a link “forgot your password?” click it and we’ll email you with directions on how to gain access to your account.

I want to unsubscribe from your newsletters

We apologise for our newsletters being a bit boring or just out right annoying. Log into your account and beside where is says “newsletter” select edit. You’ll then see a box which says “general subscription” un-tick it and you’ll no longer receive emails from us.

Where can I get advice on what to buy?

If you’d like any more information on the products that we are selling send us an email at support@boxsor.com. Someone here will certainly be able to advice you.

Are the products genuine?

Yes, we are only interested in selling the best products. We deal directly with suppliers so rest assure that everything we sell is authentic.

What payment options can I use?

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro and Solo. You can also pay via PayPal

Is payment secure?

All payments on boxsor are secure. We don’t store any card information on our site rather it is all handled by authorize.net. We further use a secure socket layer (SSL) whenever transferring personal information.

Can I add to an order already placed?

Yes you can, however it must be done within 2 hours. Select and purchase the item you wish to add to your original order. Then email us both the order numbers and we’ll be sure that the go out in the same parcel.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can, however it must be cancelled during processing. Just email us your name, order number and what you would like to cancel.

How are orders sent?

We send the majority of our products using DHL.

Where do you ship to?

Boxsor currently provides free shipping to the whole of Europe. Deliveries usually take 3-6 working days. If you are outside of Europe please contact us at support@boxsor.com and we will see if there is anything we can do to help.
